An extraordinary Ottoman Empire table box/table cabinet with extravagant mother-of-pearl inlay of various forms, complemented by tendrils of flowing silver inlay within mother-of-pearl shell borders, upon a hardwood body. A drop down front revealing five interior drawers with similiar decoration, the inside of each drawer lined with paper. The box rests upon four turned ebony feet. Working lock and key.
