Spanish Brass covered traveling box with extensive brass nailhead trim decoration; cast brass hardware and decorations depicting flowers and leaves. Though this is a piece of 19th century furniture, it is representative of the Moorish influence which extended long after the end of Moorish rule in 1492. The interior is upholstered in rich red velvet. Spanish, circa 1810.
