A superb Anglo-Indian coromandel ebony work box of solid ribbed design with fully fitted interior, Anglo-Indian circa 1860-1880. A nine-lid removable tray with chevron inlay of ebony, bone and intricate foliate penwork. Similar inlay under the lid of concentric circles and a bone elephant. Working lock and key.
