Description

Turned chestnut bowl with integral handle. Hand-turned from a single piece of wood. The handle terminates in a pierced heart-shaped grip. Rounded bowl form with a substantial rim and smooth interior showing wear patterns from use. Visible tool marks to the exterior. Naturally aged dark patina. English, circa 1830.
